PAINTING HOLIDAY LA CHARTREUSE DU LIGET:

REGISTRATION CONDITIONS:
You can register for the painting holiday organized by Debbie Nijland by telephone, via our website or by e-mail. Your registration is final when we have received the registration fee of € 350 per person and this has been confirmed by Debbie Nijland by e-mail. The remainder must be paid in full by May 1, 2023. It is not possible for the participant and/or partner to book this package excluding meals/drinks or partially excluding meals/drinks. This is a full board/all-in package.
PAYMENT:
After registration, you pay the registration fee within 14 days. The last part no later than May 1, 2023 before the start of the painting holiday. If the booking of the package takes place after May 1, the entire amount must be paid in one go within one week after registration. By paying the registration fee you agree to the conditions stated here.
OBJECTIVE:
The painting holiday organized by Debbie Nijland is intended for people aged 30 - 100 who enjoy a well-organized, active and cultural holiday.
CANCELLATION by Debbie Nijland:
The course takes place with a minimum registration of 10 students. If fewer participants have registered, Debbie Nijland has the right to cancel the course (Debbie Nijland will of course do everything in her power to ensure that the course continues). In the event of cancellation by Debbie Nijland, the amount already paid will be refunded. The decision to cancel a course will be made no later than two weeks before the start of the course.
CANCELLATION by Participant:
If a participant is forced to cancel the course, we apply the following arrangement: if cancellation is made more than two months before the start of the course, the participant is required to pay a deposit of € 350. If you cancel less than two months before the start of the course, the participant owes 100% of the course fee. Early departure does not entitle you to a refund or settlement. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, the student is allowed to appoint another equal student in her/his place. This equivalence is assessed by Debbie Nijland.
INSURANCE:
We are not a travel organization and are not insured as such or affiliated with a guarantee fund. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance. We also recommend that you check whether your health and/or travel insurance covers this painting holiday and associated activities.
LIABILITY:
The organization is not liable for damage and/or injuries incurred during travel and accommodation, loss of or damage to property. Use of materials and participation in the workshops etc. organized by us is at your own risk.
ADDITIONAL TERMS:
Arrival time is Sunday, July 2, 2023 between 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM, departure time is Saturday, July 8, 2023 before 10:00 AM. Dogs and/or other pets are not allowed. Damages are reported immediately. You must leave the accommodation in the same condition as you found it upon check-in. Final cleaning is included in the price. If you have any problems of any kind, you should discuss this with Debbie Nijland so that an adequate solution can be found.
MEASURES regarding COVID-19 / corona:
We only apply the guidelines of the government and the RIVM that apply in the Netherlands and France (and Belgium during transit). We also respect the guidelines of the domain owner. The accommodation can be called 'corona-proof', provided that everyone bears the responsibility that is in line with the applicable policy. A suitable financial solution will be sought as much as possible if the event has to be canceled by the government. This includes a refund of the remaining amount. The deposit is non-refundable.
